Bentley Bentayga Falconry by Mulliner
If you’re on the lookout for an SUV and plenty in the bank, chances are you’ve at least considered the gorgeous Bentayga. Well, if you also happen to be a falconer – there are plenty of you out – then look no further than the Bentley Bentayga Falconry by Mulliner.
For over 70 years, Mulliner has created bespoke additions to the Bentley range, but we’re not sure they’ve produced anything quite so niche as this. A natural continuation of the thinking that created the Bentayga Fly Fishing by Mulliner, the Falconry comes with some key added extras in the boot – namely a cork-fabric-trimmed Refreshment Case and a Master Flight station.
The Bentayga Falconry by Mulliner is a sophisticated installation designed to house everything you’d need for a successful falconry expedition. As with the boring old falconry-less Bentayga, the Mulliner Falconry is prepared for any conditions, whether you are pursuing your sport in the mountains, on the plains, in the desert or the depths of the forest. Basically anywhere you want to partake in some good old fashioned falconry.
Each Mulliner Falconry set is made to order and features two bespoke units – a Master Flight station and a Refreshment Case that are fitted to a moveable tray for easy access. Inside the Master Flight station, you will find a stowage tray with individual compartments, which can hold your GPS bird tracking unit, binoculars and hand-crafted leather bird hoods and gauntlets.
But if falconry isn’t your jam and you’re just being taken along for a ride, the Refreshment Case has you covered, with three metal flasks with durable cups, for tea, coffee or other beverage of your choice. There’s also a warm blanket and refreshing face cloths for your comfort.
Even when your bird’s not by your side, you’ll be reminded of the sport by a marquetry inlay on the dash which has been made up of 430 individual pieces of wood from around the world, handcrafted over the course of nine days. Falcons sold separately.
