Unless you’re dead inside, we can’t imagine any Joe didn’t absolutely love Jurassic World. We also reckon that unless you’re as cold as ice, you’re bound to love Chris Pratt and want to go for a pint with him. While we can’t offer you that, we can send you in the direction of his motorbike from the film which is now being sold on eBay!
Presented for auction by Triumph Motorcycles, you can bid for the Triumph Scrambler ridden by Chris Pratt’s Owen Grady in Jurassic World, one of only three in the world!
The Scrambler features a twin cylinder, 865cc engine. Modifications include single seat and rack, Arrow Racing high level exhaust, custom footpegs, handlebars and the bike is finished in Matte Green.
The bike is exactly as it finished duties on the production, so you can probably still see the T-Rex blood on it… sorry for the spoiler. A certificate of authenticity will also be included in the purchase.
Three Triumph Scramblers were customised for the film. One was presented to Jurassic World star Chris Pratt as a gift after filming, the second is displayed at Triumph’s headquarters in the UK and then there’s this one!
The proceeds for the Scrambler will also be going to a good cause – Triumph’s nominated fundraising partner, The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, which is an annual motorcycle event that takes place in cities around the world on the last Sunday in September.
Celebrating dapper style, classic motorcycles and the fun of riding with friends, the event is held to raise funds to help research into beating prostate cancer. Now in its fourth year, The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride has raised $2million for global medical research and this year hopes to raise over $3M through events in over 70 countries around the world. A worthy cause indeed.
It’s being sold on the Australian eBay of all places with the current bid standing at AU $31,100.00, which equates to around £15,000. But as it still has 5 days to go, we reckon you can expect to pay at least double that.
