Range Rover LWB – AB Black
Range Rover are looking to take the concept of luxury to a whole new level with the release of the Long Wheel Base Autobiography Black at the Dubai Motor show next month. The relaunch of a long wheelbase version of the Range Rover (the first in over a generation) aims to hit an area at the dizzy heights of the marketplace for the most refined first class experience for both driver and passenger available.
Given its moniker, it would make sense that the vehicle has more space inside and passengers will not be disappointed with and additional 140mm of leg room available to complement the fact Range Rover are now spoiling their passengers with 17 degrees of ‘reclineability’.
Comfort is as you would expect from a hyper-luxurious super-exclusive SUV. There are 18 way adjustable leather seats with massage function, calf rests, a champagne chiller, electronically deployable individual tables which are covered in black leather (which I guess makes them wipe clean, if your table manners aren’t as refined as the car you are sitting in) with integrated USB charging sockets and cup holders. There is mood lighting in a choice of ten (yes ten) colours, and alongside this there are 10.2 inch rear screens mounted in the front seat head rests, and the signature ‘Meridian Audio’ system giving an immersive media experience if and when necessary. This list of specification, all things are considered should appeal to even the most difficult-to-please Kings, Sheiks, Presidents and Diplomats as well as Actors, Musicians, Business people and anyone else who has c. £130,000 burning a Long Wheel Base sized hole in their pockets.
The Range Rover LWB AB-Black will be ‘Engineered to Order’ so clients get exactly what they want from their Exclusive SUV. First deliveries are expected August 2014 for those who order in a timely fashion, so if you want one and don’t want to be too far down the waiting list then you better get a wriggle on.
