Wolf of Wall Street 1991 Ferrari Testarossa
Leo finally got his Oscar this week and while we loved The Revenant, we still reckon his performance in the Wolf of Wall Street was his best to date. Our favourite scene from the film (and probably yours) is where he demolishes a beautiful Lamborghini Countach in a drunken state. Well, now you could own one of Jordan Belfort’s actual cars as one of his Ferraris is up for sale!
A 1991 Ferrari Testarossa, which was previously owned by Wolfy himself, is about to be sold by its Monaco-based owner. The car was supplied new to Belfort at the time, and is still in peak condition with only a reported 8,300 miles notched up on its belt.
This ultra-rare V12 classic is arguably one of the most collectible modern classic Ferraris on the market today and is made even more desirable thanks to Leo and Marty Scorcese immortalising a similar looking Lambo in Wolf of Wall Street.
This car was supplied new to Belfort by New York Ferrari Dealership Kessler Motors by Steven Kessler himself. Both his full name and address can be seen as first owner in the accompanying documents. It also comes with original service books and handbook, as well as a set of matching luggage which apparently had been stashing a $50 bill inside, which would imply it’s probably been used for something illicit!
The Wolf of Wall Street 1991 Ferrari Testarossa is an original USA specification car and is also registered in the EU, so it’s not a hard sell to either side of the Atlantic! The car is expected to reach around the $1,000,000 mark. Check out more details here.
