Last month we got a tantalising teaser but now we’ve finally been treated to a full trailer for Danny Boyle’s biopic of Apple founder Steve Jobs, and it looks suitably sensational.

Steve Jobs Full Film Trailer

Michael Fassbender is taking on the role of the now deceased pioneer and the script has been penned by West Wing scribe Aaron Sorkin. Put that along with the Slumdog Millionaires’ direction and we think this could be one for the ages.

The story will be based on Walter Isaacson’s biography of the man, focusing on three major moments in his corporate life. Namely the launch of the Mac, NeXT (which was introduced after Jobs had been removed from the Apple) and the game-changing iPod, which Jobs had spearheaded after his successful return to the tech giants.

Unlike the teaser, the full trailer gives us a real feel for the film and will no doubt be compared to Sorkin’s biggest silver screen success, The Social Network. Just like that modern masterpiece, the script in the trailer zings along suitably, and with Fassbender oozing charisma, you’d struggle to be dubious about Steve Jobs the film.

Seth Rogen will play Steve Wozniak, Jobs’ former partner and one of the co-founders of Apple, with Kate Winslet as former Mac marketing head Joanna Hoffman and Jeff Daniels as Apple executive John Sculley. Steve Jobs will be arriving here in the UK on 13th November. We can’t wait! Check out the full trailer below.
