Caroline Flack for Women’s Health
Following a stressful end to 2015, former X Factor host Caroline Flack is back and looking to be in the shape of her life as she features on the front cover of the Women’s Health June 2016 issue!
It’s been a difficult few months for Caroline Flack who came under fire from trolls on social media in late 2015, criticising her outfit choices and even her weight during the last few weeks of X Factor. At the time she took to Twitter stating, ‘It’s very easy to take a shot at someone online. The vile comments about my weight and just all round look tonight are quite shocking.’
She also tweeted, ‘Have never said I’m the prettiest or thinnest or even anything special. But thank God I’m not horrible. Cool attitudes.’ She then started 2016 with the news that she’d been dropped as co-host of X Factor.
But we’re pleased to report Flack seems to have got her confidence back following a stunning shoot with Women’s Health magazine. The 36 year old revealed she’s given up booze for 12 weeks and has subsequently dropped two dress sizes.
In an accompanying interview with the shoot, the former Strictly Come Dancing winner said of losing weight because of internet trolls; “I really would hate to think that was the reason I decided to get my body in better shape – really hate it… But maybe inside somewhere, a little bit, it might have been.”
Whatever the reason for the weight loss, we’re pleased Flack has her mojo back, and we think you’ll all agree she looks as incredible as she did before she went on her yoga-filled alcohol-detox!
