Dua Lipa for adidas ‘Here to Create’ Campaign
You can’t walk into a shop, jump in a car or head to a bar in 2018 without hearing Dua Lipa’s sultry vocals over the airwaves. So it should come as no great surprise that the British singer has just been unveiled as the face of adidas’ new ‘Here to Create’ campaign, featuring Lipa sporting some stylish Three Stripes workout apparel.
Dua Lipa joined the adidas family earlier this year, and today, has launched her latest project with the sportswear giant called ‘Here to Create’ for adidas Women. In the collection, Lipa shows off her tattoos while posing in sports bras, printed leggings and running trainers.
If you’ve ever seen Lipa perform on stage, you’ll know that sportswear is right up her street. And the New Rules singer’s latest campaign was designed to be a ‘statement collection’ for Janes who want to some activewear which still offers a sense of ‘playfulness’.
As a part of the campaign, Lipa talked about keeping fit and powerful women who inspired her, citing Michelle Obama, Alicia Keys, P!nk, and Adwoa Aboah as those who “have paved the way for young women of all different backgrounds and shown them support and that they can do anything they put their mind to. They are women that really fight for women’s rights in so many different ways, whether it’s a political standpoint or a more personal empowerment.”
