Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr turns 35 years old today. And to celebrate the occasion, we thought we’d take a trip down memory lane by taking a look at some of the former Victoria Secret model’s best ever photoshoots!

Happy Birthday, Miranda Kerr (NSFW)

Kerr began modelling when she was just 13 years old, winning the 1997 Dolly magazine model search competition. She moved to New York in 2004 to pursue the career more seriously and soon found herself on the catwalks of some of the industry’s biggest names.

She got her big break when she signed up with Maybelline in 2006, but it was in 2007 when she became the first Australian Victoria’s Secret Angel and became one of the most sought-after models on the planet.

Miranda Kerr for Terry Richardson, 2013

Though his name has recently been the headlines for all the wrong reasons, American fashion and portrait photographer Terry Richardson has worked with them all, including this shoot with Kerr where she posed in Richardson’s iconic flannel. The shoot was improptu and only came about when Richardson shot Kerr for a Harper’s Bazaar Australia cover.

Miranda Kerr for GQ, 2014

Nobody has shot Kerr like GQ have – mainly as nobody has gotten her as scantily clad as GQ have. But this one from 2014 is arguably her most iconic. The shoot, as with so many top models, was shot by none other than Mario Testino. It was also paired with one of Miranda’s first interviews since her split with long-time partner Orlando Bloom. And whilst she was short on words, they do say a picture speaks a thousand.

Miranda Kerr for Harper’s BAZAAR Australia, 2016

‘If you’ve got it flaunt it.’ That was the message in Harper’s BAZAAR Australia January/February 2016 edition. And they’re wise words if your name is Miranda Kerr. As BAZAAR’s editor in chief Kellie Hush stated; “What we captured between outfit changes was a woman who is incredibly comfortable in her own skin (and why wouldn’t you be?).” This was Kerr’s fifth Harper’s BAZAAR Australia cover and you can see why the kept coming back for more.
