Hottest Athletes of Winter Olympics 2018
The 2018 Winter Olympic Games are getting underway in PyeongChang this week. And while we’re obviously very interested in the all the stellar sporting achievements we’re about to witness, an attractive athlete or two wouldn’t harm our chances of tuning in. So with that in mind, here are the hottest athletes competing at the Winter Olympics 2018!
Lindsey Vonn (USA) – Alpine Skier
Back in 2013, Lindsey Vonn suffered a potentially career-ending injury in the super-G, tearing her ACL and MCL in her right knee at the World Championships in Austria. Thankfully for her (and us), she’s bounced back and going for Gold this year in PyeongChang.
Rowan Cheshire (Great Britain) – Freestyle Skier
It was heartbreak for fellow Brit Rowan Cheshire four years ago in Sochi. She was knocked unconscious during training and never got to compete. But fast forward four years and she’ll be making her Olympic debut in the Freestyle Skiing – probably the most spectator-friendly sport in the Games!
Saskia Alusalu (Estonia) – Speed Skating
Speed skating can be a little dull even at the best of times, but Estonia’s Saskia Alusalu means we’ll most definitely be tuning in when it kicks off in South Korea. Alusalu will also be Estonias’s flag bearer at the Games, so the opening ceremony might be worth tuning in for too…
Anna Gasser (Austria) – Snowboarding
Put simply, Anna Gasser is one of the poster girls for the Winter Olympics and it’s not hard to see why. The Austrian beauty is one of the favourites in the Big Air snowboarding in PyeonChang.
Tessa Virtue (Canada) – Figure Skating
Tessa Virtue is a Canadian superstar. Not only is she incredibly talented, she’s also drop dead gorgeous. Along with her partner Scott Moir, she won the Gold at the 2010 Olympics and Silver in 2014. Having won the World championships last year, she’ll be looking to take back the Gold again.
Anna Sidorova (Russia) – Curling
Us Brits love a bit of curling – mainly as it’s really the only thing we’re quite good at. But there’ll be more reasons than usual to tune in this year and that’s because of Anna Siderova, who’ll be representing the Olympic Athletes of Russia… yeah.
Julia Dujmovits (Austria) – Snowboarding
Julia Dujmovits is most definitely hot. But she is also an extremely talented snowboarder and one of the best in the world at the Slalom. Having won Gold in Sochi in the Parallel Slalom, she’ll be looking to add more medals to her collection in Korea.
Madison Chock (USA) – Ice Dancing
Madison Chock and her partner were almost forgotten in Sochi with fellow Americans Meryl Davis and Charlie White winning the Gold medal. But 2018 is their time to shine and they’re expected to be up there among the medals.
If you want to walk down memory lane, here’s the hottest girls from the London 2012 Olympics.
