adidas Originals Jeans MKII
No strangers to bringing back some classics, take a look at the latest release from the adidas Originals team. First released back in 1976, the Jeans trainers have had an update and we love them!
Back by popular demand, these Jeans MKII trainers – as they’re officially known – come straight out of 80s and as such look brilliantly retro to us. This casual trainer features a suede upper and the original rubber outsole, as well as a heel stabiliser, toe protector and a softer midsole wedge.
Always at the forefront of design, adidas’ idea of pairing trainers with a pair of jeans was actually a fairly new concept at the time and the Jeans trainers paved the way for the now everyday look.
The original 1976 release was updated in 1982 when the traction tread outsole was replaced with the trefoil profile one that can be seen on this reissue.
The new adidas Originals Jeans will come in two colourways; Red/Collegiate Navy/Gum 2 and, our favourite, Vista Green/Dark Blue/Viridian F15. They’re each priced at £77 in UK and you can grab a pair from various retailers including on the Size Website.
