A,M Inaugural Bag Collection
Confession time: We have a bit of an obsession with bags and luggage these days. Which is why we were very excited to see the inaugural collection from new London-based luxury luggage brand, A,M.
A,M is a luxury brand that combines ergonomic designs with modern streetwear to create colourful and timeless men’s luggage. In other words, right up our street! The new brand is a collaboration between English art director Matt Gill and Swedish designer Ann Nelvig, with the name deriving from the Latin Ante, Meridiem: Before and after midday.
The inaugural collection is comprised of four perfectly contemporary styles which each have their own unique qualities. The Hungerford is a trapezoid sports holdall, The Fernley is a classic backpack, and The Furze is a mini flight bag perfect for short trips. But our favourite is the Shifford.
Like all styles the Shifford is available in five distinctive pastel colourways; Cloud, Lemonade, Mauve, Black or Bronze. Features include textured leather piping, padded leather feet, light weight premium black sports lining and a punched leather interior pocket with gold foil logo.
Like all of A,M’s bags, the Shifford is crafted in Italy with high quality Swedish and Italian components. Recurring signature details on all items include a hidden zipped exterior webbing pocket for added security, sunken webbing loops, parallel zipper piping with contrasting black pullers and repeat A,M logo embossed details.
