With the cold setting in and Christmas being the most social time of year, Joes are often left with wardrobe dilemmas when it comes to nights out. You want to keep warm but you can’t hit bars with your North Face on!
With that in mind, we’ve trawled the internet for some pieces that will keep you from getting frostbite but still keep you looking and feeling on point. With both the affordable and the premium covered, read of for some of the best Autumn blazers on offer this season.
Moss 1851 Tailored Fit Navy Deconstructed Blazer
Moss Bros have long been one of the nation’s go-to tailors. This Moss 1851 tailored fit Navy deconstructed blazer is 2 button fastening and features a notch lapel, twin vents, buggy lining, 3 inner pockets, 2 outer patch pockets and a welted outer breast pocket. For only £79, we think it works perfectly for Joes who want something affordable that’s doesn’t skimp on quality.
Ted Baker Myblazr Mini Design Jersey Blazer
We love Ted Baker. Not many nail the fine line between smart and casual so effortlessly, which is exactly what this Mini design jersey blazer does! The single-breasted blazer comes in a modern fit and features a notch lapel and stab stitch detailing, as well as three external pockets and two internal pockets. It comes in at £195.
Hugo Boss ‘Ross’
If you’re looking for something a little different and want to get the best money can buy then this extra-slim-fit jacket by BOSS might be right up your street. Made from a high-quality cotton blend with alpaca and mohair, the Ross features a timeless Glen check pattern and works perfectly for a relaxed business look. It costs £430.
River Island Black Vito Blazer
A casual Black blazer is not the easiest thing to find these days with most either looking too dressy or too cheap. Which is why we like the look of this Vito suit jacket for £129 from River Island. Made from a wool-blend, this slim fit blazer comes with a single button fastening and jet-style pockets. Vito suits are cut closely to the body so for a more relaxed fit, you might want to buy a size up.
ASOS Skinny Fit Blazer In Jersey
Since the SPECTRE was released a couple of weeks ago, we’re fairly certain (although have no actual proof) that White blazer sales have gone through the roof! Bond has that effect on Joes and while we’re sure you can pull it off, some Joes might not want to fork out too much for something that’s so daring. Which is why this ASOS Cream blazer might be worth a look at £33. It won’t be the best quality but it’ll fit well and has plenty of functional pockets. Perfect for a night out!
Hackett Tweed Herringbone Jacket
If you’re looking for something premium that will stand the test of time, this Hackett Tweed Herringbone Jacket for £500 nails the brief. Adding a bit of texture to your look, as well as some much needed warmth, this duffle is ideal for the casual Joe. The canvas has a wax finish, making it water repellent for the unpredictable weather too.
Zara Basic Blazer
The Zara Basic Blazer for £59.99 does exactly what it says on the tin. It may well be basic, and won’t last as long as some of our other choices, but it’ll fit perfectly and will add some sophistication to any outfit this Autumn. We like the Dark Grey colour but the Basic Blazer does come in Navy Blue and a darker shade of Blue so you should find something to suit your palette!
