Converse Jack Purcell Signature CVO
For Spring 2016, Converse and Jack Purcell are expanding their collection with the new all Converse Jack Purcell Signature CVO, a casual trainer which is perfect for the upcoming warmer months.
The Jack Purcell Signature CVO is a reinvention the original and iconic 1970’s Jack Purcell. For the new model, Converse have replaced the traditional double toecap with a clean silhouette which also takes inspiration from the original Windjammer, a trainer which dates back all the way back to the 1960’s.
Just like the Jack Purcell Signature Ox (named after the Canadian Badminton champion), which was released late last year, Converse have once again partnered with Nike so the new CVO version features the Swoosh’s Zoom Air Technology and OrthoLite footbed for maximum comfort.
Just like the Signature Ox, the CVO also includes the two-piece smile and a herringbone outsole. The CVO has a metal eyelet lacing system and a stitched upper with a thin tongue. It’s finished off with some crisp White laces, a White leather sockliner and the signature scored White and Blue toebox.
We love the slimfit Jack Purcell CVO and think it’s perfect if you need an everyday clean, lightweight trainer for the summer. It provides a casual option for basically every occasion and is also extremely comfortable with the Ortholite footbed and Nike Zoom Air Technology.
The Converse Jack Purcell Signature CVO is available now in an Inked or White colourway and will set you back £80. Head over to the Converse Website for more details.
