If there’s one brand you’ll be seeing boat loads of this summer it’s undoubtedly Hype. The Leicester-based streetwear brand – much like their local football team – has seen an astronomical rise in a relatively short period, and their impressive results look set to continue this summer with garments featuring their signature floral and camouflage prints.

Hype Summer 2016 Collection

True to form, the Hype Summer 2016 range continues to explore simplicity fused with intrinsic detailing, including expressive linings on jackets coupled with inside pocket designs, as well as discrete zippers and a contemporary exterior giving individual garments ultimate versatility.

The Hype Summer 16 collection utilises subtle delphic imagery throughout its range this season, while also offering up a more mature selection of apparel. As such, the collection features high quality sweats, button up shirts and long t-shirts with panelled sides. Thankfully, though, this is very much still Hype. There’s therefore a ton of mismatched graphics, an abundance of headwear and outlandish colourways, with all pieces donning the infamous Hype logo.

For the season, we’re a big fan of the Hype Polo Top in Navy, as well as the Hype Family Jacket in the same tone of Blue. Featuring the original Hype crest logo on the breast, this dress down coach-style jacket is perfect for the cooler summer evenings and can easily be smartened up with a shirt.

One of the main things we love about Hype, however, is their Lucky Dip. The idea is simple; for £150, Joes choose a size and receive 10 Hype products, all completely randomly selected. Of course you won’t know what you’re getting but for £15 an item, you can’t really argue. The only problem is, as they can’t ask your gender – we’re not entirely sure why – your lucky dip will be selected from their unisex items.

The Hype Summer 2016 Collection is now available on the Hype Website.
