If you’ve been living in a cave and didn’t know already, James Bond is back in November this year with Spectre. And with new Bond comes new products. So it’s no shock that 007 is getting his usual custom made OMEGA Seamaster, twenty-years on from his first.
Pierce Brosnan first sported the Swiss brand in 1995’s Goldeneye. This year, OMEGA has created a limited edition Seamaster James Bond Aqua Terra Master Co-Axial 41.5m for Daniel Craig inspired by the Bond family coat of arms.
The Bond family coat of arms plays a big role in the design and is repeatedly interlocked to create a subtle dynamic pattern on the watch’s blue PVD dial. The symbol is also found near the tip of the yellow central seconds hand. One of the most striking elements of this 41.5 mm stainless steel timepiece is the oscillating weight. The component has been cut and shaped to resemble a gun barrel synonymous with the British spy.
The OMEGA Seamaster Aqua Terra James Bond Edition Watch is water resistant down to 500 ft and is powered by the all-new OMEGA Master Co-Axial calibre 8507 movement. OMEGA has produced 15,007 of the limited-edition watch, complete with anti-magnetic resistance to, un-coincidently, 15007 gauss.
As you can imagine, Bond has expensive tastes so this OMEGA Seamaster will set you back £4,630. Get the full specifications at the Omega Website.
