Ted Baker ‘Mission Impeccable’ Project
Ted Baker are once again breaking men’s style boundaries with their new ‘Mission Impeccable’ shoppable film, a collaboration with emerging directors Crowns & Owls and none other than esteemed filmmaker and all-round cool gent, Guy Ritchie.
To launch the autumn/winter 2016 collection, Ted Baker have launched a new project which revolves around a spy-themed online film called ‘Mission Impeccable’. The awesome short film sees T.E.D. as an MI5-style spy group who send out secret agents to track down a fashion villain called The Needle.
While the Mission Impeccable film is incredible cool, there’s also something extra special about it. The film is interactive and showcases new products from Ted’s autumn/winter 2016 collection which Joes are able to click on to save them into a ‘vault’. From there, you can then look back at individual pieces, without having to interrupt the film.
As part of the campaign, Ted Baker has also worked in close association with none other than Google to create the world-first fashion application of Google App’s voice search. Joes will ask the Google app the slogan written on Ted Baker store windows to receive prizes inside.
As Google UK Sales Director Martijn Bertisen says, “We know that mobile plays a key role in any shopping experience acting as the connector between digital and in-store. So we worked with Ted Baker to bring their latest campaign to life using a simple and fun interaction on your smartphone.”
The first Ted Baker Mission Impeccable film saw Guy Ritchie serving as executive producer and mentor to directors Crowns & Owls. Part Two has finished filming and will be released early in November.
