We’re now fully into spring, and any Joe worth his salt knows that the key to the season is versatility – particularly when it comes to your footwear. Blazing sunshine can quickly turn into thundering showers before your very eyes, and you need to be prepared. Luckily, the Timberland SS16 Sensorflex collections will have you covered.

The new innovative new Sensorflex sole technology is all about providing weather protection while being as lightweight as possible. While we absolutely love a Timberland boot, they can be notoriously a little cumbersome at times.

Not only does Timberland’s patented Sensorflex technology make things more lightweight, it also offers added comfort support as it cushions and flexes with every movement. It lets you do it all and sacrifice nothing – and it does it with just three layers.

The firm upper layer provides all day-comfort and stability, while a softer EVA middle layer adapts to uneven surfaces. The final bottom outsole layer features a grooved sole that flexes with every step.

Despite all this new, detailed technology, Timberland thankfully hasn’t sacrificed on any of its signature style. The new sole has been bolted onto some old classics so you can still get you’re your smart Derbies and working Chukkas – they’re just made more adaptable.

There’s also some new styles and we love the Sensorflex Napels Trail Collection. Silohuettes come with an embossed woven print upper or knit organic pattern panels for warm-weather breathability.

The Killington Collection is also attractive and offers the sportiness of a trainer with the confidence of a leather chukka. Crafted with rich leathers and a mesh panel, the Killington collection can be dressed up with a classic blazer or worn casually with tee and denim.

The Timberland SS16 Sensorflex collections are available now from the Timberland Website where you can learn more about the technology.
