With stylised timepieces embodying modern design, Swedish brand Void has a philosophy to keep things as simple as possible yet still making the pieces interesting by adding a unique twist and utilising traditional materials.
Launched in 2008, designer David Ericsson is inspired by architecture and this is evident on the newly release Void VO3D watch. Constructed in a functional and robust combination of brushed-gold stainless steel and leather, the watch features a black face and gold hands with contrasting white flashes and white numbers. There is a date window at 3 o’clock, along with a white second hand all packaged in as sleek a case as possible for a lightweight and elegant timepiece; The Void VO3D oozes contemporary cool much akin to the Swedish Capital where its designer originates.
The watch is powered by a Japanese miyota movement and is water resistant to 3ATM.
At £140 (165 €) the Void VO3D watch offers value for money, and with 5 alternative colour options being available to buy (which are all pretty awesome) it may take you a while to decide which one you are going to settle on.
