Luxury timepiece retailers Watches of Switzerland have announced the opening of a new boutique on Oxford Street in London!
Founded in 1924, Watches of Switzerland has been retailing the world’s finest watches for 90 years. The new Oxford Street has been designed by Callison, the renowned international architects responsible for the company’s flagship store on Regent Street.
Watch brands that will feature in the Watches of Switzerland store include; Patek Philippe; Rolex; Cartier; IWC; Hublot; Zenith; Longines; Blancpain, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Bell & Ross, Chanel, NOMOS Glashütte; as well as vintage and pre-owned watches from the world’s most sought after brands. The Rolex and Patek Philippe boutiques are located on the first floor, in case you’re wondering!
The 7,000ft new store fully embraces the digital world too with clients visiting the store greeted by a multi-lingual, 98-inch interactive digital touch screen which showcases the ‘Timewheel’ – a digital and immersive tool where Joes can learn about the technologies and craftsmanship that go into these exceptional timepieces.
The new boutique will include a VIP Lounge where Joes will be able to browse an exclusive selection of watches from a variety of brands in a discreet and dedicated space with some of Watches of Switzerland’s knowledgeable consultants. The space will also incorporate a viewing window into the watchmaker’s room, a rare chance for Joes to see a watchmaker at work.
The Oxford Street store will be the third new Watches of Switzerland boutique to open this year following Canary Wharf and Heathrow Terminal 5. Further openings are planned in Birmingham in November and trendy Knightsbridge next year. Check out more details on the Watches of Switzerland Website.
