Ever want to know what it’s like to live like an aristocrat for the day? Well, now is your chance! To celebrate the release of the new film based on the smash hit TV drama, for one night only two lucky fans of Downton Abbey will be staying at the country house where the show is set thanks to Airbnb.

You Can Now Stay at Downton Abbey with Airbnb

The owners of Downton Abbey, otherwise known as Highclere Castle, have listed their home on Airbnb for bookings on just one date: 26th November 2019. If you’re successful in getting the double room for £150, you’ll get a private tour of the grounds and explore some of the most iconic rooms in the 100,000 square-foot, 300 room castle.

The evening of the stay will include cocktails in the Saloon and a traditional dinner with the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon in the State Dining Room, followed by coffee in the Library. At night, the guests will sleep in one of the castle’s opulent historical bedrooms, complete with an en-suite and guaranteed views.

To complete the experience, the two lucky guests will be waited on by Highclere Castle’s own butler during the entirety of their stay. In the morning, a breakfast will also be served. Guests are also promised free use of shampoo and a hairdryer too… just in case you forget your own.

Head over to the official Airbnb listing before 12pm on the 1st October and declare you adoring love for the show to be in with a chance of winning the stay. You should probably make sure you can get Tuesday 26th November off work too!
