The Indonesian province welcomes one of the latest Design Hotels, the Luna2 Studio, to the fashionable tourist location of Seminyak area on the west coast of Bali.

Luna2 Studios Bali

The Luna2 Studios Bali is becoming a bit of a local landmark due to its innovative concepts and contemporary styling. Known uniquely as studiotel, the Luna2 Studios combines nostalgia, futurism & fun in its design with nods to 50’s and 60’s architecture, art inspiration from Mondrian, and hints of reference from Rubiks cubes, Lego and Monopoly.

With regard to its comprehensive list of client offerings the studiotel has a restaurant named Orbit which provides stayers with self titled Lunafood. The menu is made up of classic dishes created from a blend of fresh local produce and international ingredients. Alongside the eatery, the studiotel is home to a 16 seater cinema, a lounge bar called pop! The space rooftop bar and a heath and fitness service at the hotel’s Fuel Station.

Within the rooms the client is spoiled with aesthetic and technological input. Each room is accented by one of the hotel’s bold colours – Blue, Red, Yellow & Green, hotel furniture has been designed and produced by hotel founder and owner Melanie Hall. The in room “maxi bar” comes within a funky 50’s style SMEG fridge and the studios also contains throwback Brionvega TV to complement the impressive array of two flatsceen’s, wireless headphones, iPad and universal charging station.

The hotel is 20 mins from Bali’s International Airport and with summer prices starting at a shade over £250 a night and the hotel offering a 3-for-2 that includes a complementary night when you book a minimum of 3 nights stay including breakfast – the Luna2 Studio Bali is pretty reasonably priced.
