The biggest shock call up was for Simon Shaw, the 36 year old Englishman last went on a Lions tour in 1997, and only had a late call up for England in the six nations. Disappointed players must be Wales captain Ryan Jones, Scotlands Mike Blair and Englands Steve Borthwick.
