EnduraCool Instant Cooling Towel

Backed by Serena Williams and Sergio Garcia, the EnduraCool by Mission is light weight towel with a durability that is perfect when playing sport or while at the gym, as it regulates body temperature to help improve performance.
The Instant Cooling Towel is made from a proprietary performance fabric that instantly cools when soaked with water, wrung out, and then snapped in the air to activate the cooling properties.
The technology works by absorbing moisture and perspiration into the fabric core where the unique radiator-like fibre construction circulates water molecules and regulates the rate of evaporation to create a prolonged cooling effect. So while this towel may look anything but, there is some complex technology going on here.
When wet, the EnduraCool cools instantly to 30-farenheit below average body temp – perfect for summer sports! It’s soft and breathable and stays cool for up to 2 hours when wet. When it loses its cooling power, the lightweight towel is still handy for wiping away water and sweat.
We tested an EnduraCool while playing 5-a-side football on a hot Spring night and we were suitably impressed. The fabric maintained its temperature for the full hour and kept us cool during the substitution breaks. We’ve seen a few reviewers suggest that the snapping action is the important bit to get right – most (including ourselves) found that holding the towel length-ways and snapping both ends does the trick.
It’s chemical-free, reusable and machine washable, and for the price of £9.99 we think it’s an absolute bargain.
