Nike 2014/15 Football Boots
Nike are about to release their 2014-2015 season football boots for pre-order to the general public, and they are stunning (not just because of their colours). We watch, we play, we love football here at Average Joes, and we know how important it is to have the best pair of boots that both look and feel just perfect on the pitch. Whilst the 2014 World Cup might be a bit of a distant memory already with the new season under way, who could forget the abundance of brightly coloured Nike boots dotted over almost every pitch, clearly popular amongst the players, and they’ve taken them back down off the world stage to their clubs…
Designed for the world’s most agile attackers, superstars such as Neymar Jr and Wayne Rooney will be playing in a new bold orange Nike Hypervenom. We think they are pretty daring looking boots, designed to be incredibly light-weight and responsive, whilst the mesh upper provides incredible traction so you can keep the ball at your feet before loosing that goal scoring strike. Nice, right?
Mario Gotze and David Luiz will be sporting the all new Hyper-Turquoise colour of our favourites, the Nike Magista. We’ve said a lot in the past about the Magista, and now that they come in turquoise (that is in some way hyper), they are certainly a little less straining on the eye! Still, you’ve got to give these a go if you fancy yourself a truly creative midfield genius…
The 2014-2015 collection also has the ludicrously vibrant and visually assaulting ‘laser orange’ Nike Mercurial Superfly, for those who enjoy speed and can be seen on the feet of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Franck Ribery. The new look Mercurial Superfly boots are designed specifically for speed, with the most advanced and thinnest possibly upper ensuring that nothing weighs the boot down, whilst still giving you all the control you need to run at blistering pace.
There’s also a bright Neo-Turquoise and HyperCrimson Nike Tiempo V being worn by Gerard Pique and Sergio Ramos. The Tiempo V Legend boots marry some of the fancier new technology employed in the rest of the 2014-2015 range of boots with the classics of leather boots, for those that prefer their boots a little more old-school but still top of the range.
Nike will be letting all of these go to pre-order exclusively through the Nike Football App pretty much about now (16/09/2014), before they hit the general public some time around the 25th of September on the Nike store. Check them out, what do you think of the range?
