Bodo Sperlein x Loewe bild 9 Television
German luxury TV brand, Loewe, has just unveiled one of the most gorgeous pieces of tech this year in the bild 9. More art piece than television, the stunning new addition to Loewe’s portfolio was created in partnership with renowned designer Bodo Sperlein, bringing a new dimension to the world of television.
Challenging the manner in which a traditional TV is featured in the home, the bild 9 draws inspiration from the ‘Roaring Twenties’, Bauhaus and Art Deco glamour. Loewe’s London-based creative director Bodo Sperlein created the TV to beautifully blend traditional geometric shapes and materials with state-of-the-art 21st century tech.
Striking the perfect balance between luxury and minimalism, the bild 9 comes in a striking solid steel frame and is available in two finishes – Amber Gold and Graphite Grey. Featuring a futuristic, ultra slim OLED screen (just 7mm thick), all wires on the TV feed through the bild 9’s frame while a fabric cover conceals the connections and cables on the back.
At the bild 9’s core lies state-of-the-art technology and Loewe’s impressive acoustic expertise. Alongside the OLED technology, the bild 9 boasts High Dynamic Range (HDR) and Dolby Visionä for truly outstanding picture quality with explosive colour and detail. There’s class-leading sound too, thanks to a discreet 120W integrated soundbar.
Loewe will also be releasing matching klang 9 speakers in August, combining the technology of a column speaker with a fully-fledged subwoofer in one device to produce a powerful, rich and multi-faceted sound when paired with the bild 9.
The Bodo Sperlein x Loewe bild 9 television is available in two sizes, 55” and 65” with a choice of two colours; Amber Gold or Graphite Grey, with a choice of either wall-mount, table-stand floor-stand designs. With prices starting at £6,990, head over to the Loewe Website for more info.
