This must have app from Helly Hansen will appeal to everyone on the slopes the season. We all love a fresh powder day, with being one of the first down a massive buzz, but miss it due to a lay in and you couldn’t feel worse! Well the all new Helly Hansen First Tracks App will help you with just that, waking up early on a fresh powder day.
The Helly Hansen First tracks app is one of those super useful apps that you wish had been around years ago. Before you go to bed you set two alarms – the first alarm is set to a time that will allow you to get up and arrive at the lift station as they open, and the second alarm is your normal leisurely wake up time bearing in mind you are actually on holiday and still probably feeling a little ropey after the previous days après-ski activities.
The app uses local weather reports and if there is a huge dump of snow overnight the app makes a note and will set off your first alarm. Simple but very effective. It even includes a very brief local weather report and the amount of fresh snow.
You can download the Helly Hansen First Tracks App for free from the Apple app store or Google Play store.
