Here One Wireless Earbuds by Doppler Labs
Wireless headphones and earphones are all the rage these days but while they offer the convenience of connectivity, noise cancellation options and capabilities often suffer. That is until now. Introducing the Here One earbuds by Doppler Labs, billed as the first ‘all-in-one, truly wireless listening system.’
The Here One earbuds have actually been knocking around for a while now but the latest version of Doppler Labs’ first ever product have just been given a significant update with the Here Active Listening System, which give wearers the ability to augment the sounds of the outside world.
As well as all your usual Bluetooth streaming, the new Here One’s offer something Doppler are calling ‘Layered Listening.’ That means users can control the volume of streamed audio and external ambient sound simultaneously.
So if you’re listening to music while riding your bike, or want live commentary at a game while still hearing the crowd, you can control the volume of each the audio and the ambient noise outside. As everyone is different, the Here Ones will even learn your preferences and provide suggestions based on your environment and adjusts according to your unique Listening Profile.
Physically, the Here One buds are nothing more than two sleek and clean smart earpieces which work by connecting to an accompanying smartphone app. From here, you can stream music, take phone calls, reduce unwanted noise, amplify speech, access Siri and Google Now, and more.
Of course, there’s also plenty of other nifty features on these high-end buds including live music volume control, equalisation capabilities and all the sound effects you could possibly want from an earphone.
We absolutely love the look (and sound) of the Doppler Labs Here One earbuds but unfortunately you’ll have to wait until November until you can get your hands on a pair in either Black or White. Head over to the Here One Website to pre-order where they’ll set you back around £220 ($299).
