If you’re anything like me, then you spend some time (think waiting for your other half to get ready / on your lunch break / on the train /bus / other public transport / on the loo / or any other place you get five minutes to yourself) playing some thoroughly entertaining games on your phone.
The problem is, that to be honest, most game interfaces are not the best when it comes to the nitty gritty of controlling whatever it is you are playing. Football games, shoot-em-ups and driving games are particularly good examples of this where the tilting, flicking and swiping don’t really get the job done.
However with the all new Ace Power Controller from Moga, iPhone gaming tedium may be a thing of the past. The controller is designed to expand to fit around your iPhone 5s, 5c, 5 or iPod 5th gen (and lock it in place), allowing you to game in a way you would be used to on any modern console. The Moga Ace Power Controller for iPhone has all the normal controls with dual analog sticks, a directional pad, shoulder triggers and the generic 4 action buttons akin to those on a Xbox with X,Y, A & B. The controller can collapse back down smaller once you are done playing, maintaining portability as you can stuff it in your bag or pop it in your pocket. The controller can also be utilised as a battery charger allowing you to charge your iPhone while you are in the throws of playing your game.
The Moga Ace Power Controller for iPhone is not yet available in the UK, but is likely to retail for £70 – £90 when released. With the exchange rate as it is the US $99 works out at just over £60, so it may be worth getting in early!
