Philips Power Potion 3000
Having a lack of phone battery is one of modern life’s real problems. There’s a load of solutions on the market today with some offering huge amounts of extra juice and others going down the aesthetics route. While they both have their merits, this extra power pack by Philips is probably our favourite to date.
Dubbed the Philips Power Potion 3000, it was designed by Holger Hoehn and Philips’ own Catherine Wong with the simple concept of not wanting it to look like a power bank. As such, if you didn’t know any better, it could easily be mistaken for a Philips brand water bottle!
This water bottle holds a different kind of juice, however, with an in-built 3,000mAh battery which should be more than enough to give most phones a least one charge. The bottle-shaped design hides under its lid a Lightning cable which can be used to charge most iOS devices.
But Android users – fear not! On the bottom of the Power Potion 3000, there’s a built-in USB port which means you can charge basically any non-iOS device as well. There’s also a handy LED light on the bottom to indicate how much gas you have left.
Annoyingly at the moment the Philips Power Potion 3000 has only just moved on from concept and into production so it’ll be a while before anyone can get their mitts on one. But we’re hoping it won’t be too long as it’s definitely the most stylish power bank we’ve seen!
